Well we made it through week #1

Week #1 went pretty quickly. I'm down 1.5lbs which I am very happy about. This week we are challenged to earn some serious points, if we choose. My big challenge will be the drinking of water. I tend to get so busy at work that I forget to drink water. I am setting myself a goal to drink at least 32oz at work and another 32oz at home. Fingers crossed everyone.

Another way to earn points is documenting everything we eat. I have to tell everyone that this is the best method of staying true to yourself. You can look back and see what worked and what didn't work for you. I have been on Weight Watchers for 14weeks now and let me tell you - tracking is the way to go. I am very proud of my 20lbs weight loss and can't wait for my next 20lbs.

My only problem with the challenge this week is the 8hrs of sleep. I am almost 45years old and have not slept 8hrs in years LOL. And especially if I will be drinking all this water, I'm guaranteed to be up peeing all night hehehehe.

  1. Congrats on the 1.5 pound loss! :) After the first couple days you shouldn't have to pee as often...at least that's what I've found. After my first 2-3 days (where I practically lived in the bathroom -- it seemed) I'm back to my normal # of trips. :)

  4. Congrats on the loss and good luck on the water goal! You can do it! Yes, I agree, the peeing will get better the more you drink more often. ;-)
